Refer-A-Friend

If you know someone who would benefit from our Ortho-K Program because they are looking for visual freedom from glasses or contact lenses, you can refer them to our office right here. Please fill out their email addresses separated by comma and click "Refer Now". They will be sent an email from you, telling them about Orthokeratology. If you do not know their email address, you can fill out their name and telephone number and your friend will receive a call from our office.   For each person that you refer who proceeds with Ortho-K treatment, you will receive a personalized thank you card from our office.  THANK YOU.
